Carla Voss
'We must keep on trying to solve problems, one by one, stage by stage, if not on the basis of confidence and cooperation at least on that of mutual toleration and self interest.'   Lester B. Pearson
I began my career in real estate career in Edmonton in 2003 after working in the capital and banking industry in Calgary since 1994. I pursued an EA role at Torode Realty (Edmonton) and teamed up with the President, generating revenue growth over 4 years, which enabled him to sell out to Collier Macauley Nicolls Inc. During the partnership of developing and selling over 167 acres and 1,200 acres undeveloped land, sale of industrial buildings of 222 K sf and building and leasing 1.2M of industrial warehouses, I built my own customer base. Over 9 years, we jointly transacted over $147M in real estate.
In 2012, the partnership was dissolved and I continued as a Senior Associate specializing in the industrial market at Colliers, focusing on mostly tenant representation in the Greater Edmonton market, transacting over $31M in real estate.
In 2014, I left the brokerage, seeking a change and a challenge and pursued a real estate and business development managerial position with CN. As of 2016, I had finalized up to $10M in real estate deals in Western Canada, protected $20M in capital with easements plus developed and managed 3 rail construction projects in Southern Alberta that generated $35M in revenue. In 2010,

In 2017 I joined the new offices of Re/Max Commercial Capital with a team of about 12 members diversified in land/land development, industrial sales/leasing, multi-family, medical/dental office, retail and property management.

I founded the Edmonton CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) to build a network in real estate for women. CREW is now 100 strong and I participate in Past President’s circle for special projects. In 2005, I joined - Victoria Golf Course and am now the President of the ladies league. I have participated in MS Bike Rides, Tour for Kids Cancer and Conquer Cancer rides and today donate to the Edmonton Humane Society. Contact: or   Cell:  780 818 7118.
